This is a transcript of A Festival Reunion! in Team Robot In Pokemon Journeys: The Series.
(the episode begins)
Narrator: Ash's goal is to battle one of the World's Greatest Trainers Leon. Goh's goal is to catch one of every kind of Pokemon, including Mew and with the help of Emerl and Sega Ultimate All-Star Team this is the story of their adventure-filled Journey through the of Pokemon.
(We see plane and our heroes inside, Ash was watching the window and Pikachu was having a snack)
(Pikachu was eating till...)
Ash Ketchum: That's enough, buddy. (Takes his snack)
Pikachu: Pika?
Ash Ketchum: You've had plenty already.
Pikachu: Pikachu.
Ash Ketchum: Besides, we're about to land.
Pikachu: (disappointed) Pika...
Gmerl: Hmm, you know, it feels great that we're heading back to Kalos after such a long time.
Emerl: You said it, I especially enjoyed our adventures there with our old friends Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie too.
Littlefoot: So how long till we reach Kalos?
Izzy Izumi: About 10 minutes or so.
Goh: It's my first time in Kalos! I say we catch a bunch of Pokemon!
Raboot: Raboot.
Goh: (to Ash) And you'd better win the Battle Festival Challenge!
Ash Ketchum: For sure! And I'll keep winning!
(The flew towards Lumiose City)
Narrator: Ash, his allies, and Goh have come to the Kalos region. And where's their destination? It's Shalour City, where the Gym Leader's partner is Lucario!
(At a beach we see Goh and Raboot)
(We then see a Binacle)
Goh: There's one...
(Checks his Rotom Phone)
Goh: I think I know what it is!
Rotom Phone: Bincale. The Two-Handed Pokemon. A Rock and Water-Type. Binacle stretch and contract their bodies to pull their rocks along with them. They eat seaweed that they find washed up on shore.
Goh: Okay, Pokeball, go! (tosses his Pokeball)
(The Ball hits the Binacle and they went in)
Rotom Phone: Binacle has been registered to your Pokedex!
Goh: Yes! It's my first Kalos Pokemon!
Raboot: Raboot.
(Then a Flabebe passed by them)
Goh: It's a Flabebe! Come on!
(At the Battle Festival)
Civilian: Yeah!
Female Civilian: Alright!
(We see battle of a Noivern vs Zangoose)
Trainer: Go!
(Then a battle of a Sudowoodo vs Geodude)
(Then a battle of Lapras vs Poliwrath)
(Then we see Ash's battle)
Announcer: Welcome to the grass, battlefield, where Pikachu and Clawitzer are in a heated battle!
(Pikachu gets ready)
Clawitzer's Trainer: Alright, Clawitzer, Flash Cannon!
(Clawitzer readies Flash Cannon)
Emerl: Here it comes!
Ash Ketchum: Pikachu! Use Thunderbolt!
(Pikachu jumps up and uses Thunderbolt)
(The attacks into Clawitzer's big claw but it consumes the attack)
Ash Ketchum: (gasps)
Pikachu: (shocked) Pika?
(Clawitzer opens its claw and steam comes out)
Leo: Whoa! No way!
Kaizu Mondomiya: What just happened?!
Trunks: It swallowed the attack?!
Announcer: Look at that! Clawitzer just swallowed that Thunderbolt attack with its claw! That Eletric-Type attack should've caused real damage! What happened?
(We then see a familiar girl in roller skates with her Lucario watching the battle)
Familar girl: Alright, Ash. What's up next?

Ash & Goh (V.O.): A Festival Reunion!
(Back to the Battle Festival)
Clawitzer's Trainer: Flash Cannon absorbed the energy from your Electric-Type move. How do you like that?
Ash Ketchum: If that move didn't work, use Iron Tail!
(Pikachu readies Iron Tail)
Clawitzer's Trainer: Use Crabhammer!
(Clawitzer readies Crabhammer)
(They both charged at each but Pikachu dodge's Clawitazer's Crabhammer and struck at the head and Clawitzer fell defeated)
Clawitzer's Trainer: Clawitzer!
(Rotom Drone checks)
Rotom Drone: Clawitzer is unable to battle, so the victory goes to Ash of Pallet Town!
Ash Ketchum: Yeah! We did it, Pikachu!
Pikachu: Pika, Pika!
Hiccup: Whoo! Way to go, brother!
Elisa Maza: Go get 'em cuz!
Clawitzer's Trainer: (upset) Hmm. (Calls Clawitzer back to its Pokeball) 'Kay, Ash, I won't forget that name.
Announcer: That's Ash's third straight win! A fourth win will put him into Great Class! Pretty exciting!
(Ash was pleased)
Narrator: The Battle Destival Challenge is an event where Trainer can raise their World Coronation Series rankings in one fell swoop! Competitors can challenge just about anyone. So for the participating Trainers, this is an extremely important day!
(Back with Goh and Raboot)
Goh: Pokeball, go! (Tosses his ball to the blue Flebebe) Go! (To a Scatterbug) Go! (to a Yellow Flebebe) Go! (to a Phantump) Go! (Catches a Fletchling)
(The Pokeball shook till capture was a success)
(Goh picks up the Pokeball)
Goh: I just caught a Fletchling! Great!
(Checks his Rotom Phone)
Rotom Phone: Fletchling has been registered to your Pokedex!
Raboot: Raboot.
(Then they heard the crows cheering)
Goh: Huh? (looks at the building) It's time we head on over to cheer for Ash!
(Then a red flower Flebebe passes by as Goh notices)
Goh: Look! It's a Red Flower Flabebe!
Raboot: Raboot!
(They run after it while Goh chuckles)
(At the festival)
(We see Ash and the heroes)
Ash Ketchum: With one more win, we'll reach the Great Class, thanks to you guys!
Riolu: Olu!
(Dragonite mutters)
Goku: You'll do great Ash!
Krillin: Yeah, you can do it!
Ash Ketchum: Thanks! (to his Pokemon) Let's give it all we've got!
Pikachu: Pika!
Gengar: Gengar!
(But then an aura wave heard)
Riolu: (senses it) Olu? (turns around) Rio?
Ash Ketchum: Huh?
Sakura Avalon: Hmm? What's wrong Ash?
Max Copper: What is it?
Littlefoot: Did you hear something?
Ash Ketchum: No I think....
(He and Riolu sense the aura)
(Dragonite and Gengar were confused)
(Riolu then runs forwards to follow the aura wave)
Ash Ketchum: Riolu!
Max Rapid: Hey, where are you going?
Cheetor: Wait for us!
(Riolu runs while following the aura with Ash and the rest in pursuit)
(Riolu then stops)
Riolu: Olu!
(We see some familiar feet)
(Ash and the others arrive)
Ash Ketchum: (gasp)
Tai Kamiya: Whoa! Hey isn't that...?!
(It was Lucario)
Ash Ketchum: Lucario?
Pikachu: (recognizes it) Pika.... (greetings) Pikachu!
(Lucario notices Pikachu, and chuckles "hi")
Bloom: Hmm? (gasps upon realizing) Wait, doesn't this Lucario look familiar you guys?
Flora: Hmm, now that you mention it Bloom, it sure does look familiar.
Emerl: I think you're right.
Ash Ketchum: Hey, I think I know that Lucario...
Familiar voice: Yoo-hoo?
(The heroes turns and spot a familiar old friend, it was Korrina)
Korrina: Hi Ash! Hi guys!
Goku: Who's that?
Takuya Kanbara: Hey it's Korrina!
Astrid: Korrina?
Izzy Izumi: One of the Kalos Gym Leaders!
Sakura Avalon: Wow! We haven't seen her since our final showdown with Team Flare!
Meilin Rae: (laughs) Long time no see, Korrina!
(She and Korrina give a high five)
Korrina: Good to see you too!

Ash Ketchum: Korrina! I knew it!
Korrina: It's been forever!
Ash Ketchum: I could feel it, Lucario's Aura.
Pikachu: Pika!
Korrina: (pets Pikachu) Good to see you, Pikachu! How've you been?
Pikachu: Pikachu.
Korrina: (to Ash's Pokémon and the other heroes (who don't know her)) My name's Korrina, and I'm the Shalour City Gym Leader. And this is my partner, Lucario.
Lucario: (greetings)
Goku: It's a pleasure to meet you Korrina.
Korrina: Hi Mark, great to see you again.
Mark EVO: H-Hello.
Korrina: (Looking at Howlcrusher) So who's the new guy?
Howlcrusher: I guessed I have changed since we last met, but it's been a long time Korrina.
Korrina: Wait N.A.N.O., is that you?
Howlcrusher: Yeah, it's me alright. I used to be N.A.N.O. but now my new name is Howlcrusher a Maximal.
Korrina: Wow, you look amazing. Right Lucario?
(Lucario nod)
Howlcrusher: Thanks.
Korrina: (To Ash) So you caught a Riolu?
Ash Ketchum: Yeah. See, it hatched from an Egg.
Korrina: (To Riolu) You stick with Ash. He'll make you super strong!
Lucario: (nods in agreement)
Riolu: Rio...(awestruck) Riolu!
Hiccup: Hey, Korrina how do you know Ash and the others?
Korrina: I met them and Ash a while back, and the two of us had quite a Gym battle!
Ash Ketchum: I just happened to win.
Korrina: So, that's it, huh? Hmm.
Pikachu: Pika?
Ash Ketchum: Well, that's what counts!
Korrina: Oh, come on.
Ash Ketchum: Ooh! Are you in the Battle Festival Challenge, too?
Korrina: Of course! But today, I'm not here as a Gym Leader.
Davis Motomiya: Oh? So then what are you here as?
Veemon: Are you here just as challenger?
Korrina: Yep. I'm just another challenger. Winning my way to take on Leon!
All Heroes: Leon?!
Ash Ketchum: (gasps)
Pikachu: (surprised) Pika?
Korrina: This is why Lucario and I have been training hard as we have been!
(Shows her Rotom Phone screen)
Korrina: To win, and win, and win some more and move up the rankings! And with my very next victory, I'll rank up and enter the Great Class! (to Ash) You, too right?
Emerl: He sure is!
Sakura Avalon: Mm-hm. Right as ever, Korrina.
Ash Ketchum: Let's have a battle, and the winner will get to do just that!
(Lucario and Pikachu agree with determination)
Ash Ketchum: Riolu?
Riolu: Rio?
Ash Ketchum: Watch Lucario. Its style of battling!
Riolu: (practices its punches) Olu! (continues practicing its punches)
Gobber: (laughs) Riolu sure is ready for a challenge.
Ash Ketchum: (laughs) I just want you to check it out for now. (to his Pikachu) Keep an eye on Riolu, 'kay?
Pikachu: Pi! (jumps down) Pika, Pika!
(Later we see Goh and Raboot in the forest)
Goh: Anything out there?
(Raboot listened carefully but got nothing)
Raboot: Raboot.
Goh: Wow, not a trace, huh?
(They looked around till Raboot sensed something)
(Raboot jumps and uses Ember on the bushes and all of sudden a Lucario popped out of the bushes)
Goh: (gasps)
(Lucario and Raboot lands down)
Goh: Lucario? (readies his Pokeball)
Familiar character: Your reaction shows promise.
(It was Korrina's grandfather, Gurkinn)
Goh: Hold on. You're its Trainer?
Gurkinn: (laughs) I'm sorry to have to disappoint you. But you've got spirit. And I like that.
Goh: Sorry. I thought it was a wild Lucario.
Gurkinn: Your first encounter?
Goh: That's right! We've come here to catch lots of Pokémon. Since it's my first trip to Kalos, I wanted to catch a whole bunch!
Gurkinn: Well. How many have you caught?
Goh: Uh, let me see... (shows his Rotom Phone)
Gurkinn: Hmm.
(Checks Goh's currently caught Kalos Pokémon)
Gurkinn: Remarkable! You've managed to catch so many Flabebe with different colored flowers! And catching an orange one is quite an impressive feat!
Goh: I'm still working on white!
Gurkinn: They say that white is extremely hard to find! I don't think one's been seen around here.
Goh: Are you familiar with this area?
Gurkinn: You could say so. My granddaughter's battling in the stadium over there today. I thought I'd go and see how she's doing.
Goh: No way! My god friend's competing in it right now! He came here from Kanto to battle, while I came to catch Pokemon!
Gurkinn: I haven't met anyone from there in quite a while.
Goh: Hm?
Gurkinn: Not since I met a friend of my granddaughter's named Ash...
Goh: Ash?
Gurkinn: Yes. That's right. his partner was Pikachu.
Goh: That's the guy I was talking about!
(At the battlefield)
Rotom Drone: Now, on the rock battlefield, we will have a Normal Class battle. And it's Ash versus Korrina! For today's battle, each can use two Pokemon!
(The Cowboy Trainer and his Clawitzer watching as well, while the crowd cheered)
Announcer: Listen to the crowd roar! They're cheering for their beloved Shalour City Gym Leader Korrina! She'll be facing off against an up-and-comer from the Kanto region, Ash!
Ash Ketchum: Alright, let's do this.
(But to his surprise Riolu and Pikachu were in front ready for battle)
Ash Ketchum: (gasps)
(A moment later Pikachu and Riolu were seen sitting in disappointment)
Ash Ketchum: You two stay right here.
Pikachu: Pika!
Riolu: Riolu. Olu, Olu, Olu...
Ash Ketchum: Hey, Hiccup, Astrid, Mom? Could you look after them for me, please?
Hiccup: Sure.
Astrid: No problem Ash.
Valka: You go get 'em.
(Ash heads for his spot in the battlefield)
Korrina: Hey! Riolu!
Riolu: Rio?
Korrina: Be sure to cheer for my Lucario, okay? You'll see something cool if you do!
Ash Ketchum: What are you talking about, Korrina? You know Riolu's gonna be cheering for us!
(Then we see Goh, Raboot, Gurkinn and Lucario come in)
Goh: Look! He's over there! It's Ash!
Gurkinn: I must say I'm amazed. He's up against...my granddaughter!
Goh: (screams with shock)
All Heroes: Who's that Pokemon?
(Back to the show)
Rotom Drone: Will both competitors please bring out your Pokemon? Thank you!
(Korrina takes out her Pokeball)
Rotom Drone: Three...
(Ash takes out his)
Rotom Drone: Two.... One...Go!
Korrina and Ash: Yeah! (Both tossed their Pokeballs)
(Both Pokemon pop out)
(First was Ash's Gengar)
Gengar: Gengar!
(The other was Korrina's Mienshao)
Mienshao: Mienshao!
Peng: Whoa, a Mienshao! Cool!
Emerl: So that means her Mienfoo must've evolved.
(Goh checks his Rotom Phone)
Rotom Phone: Mienshao. The Martial Arts Pokémon. A Fighting-Type. Mienshao uses the fur on its arms to attack at speeds too fast for the human eye to see.
Mienshao: Mienshao.
Goh: Wow. Mienshao. It's the very image of Fighting-Type!
Rotom Drone: Battle begin!
Korrina: Use Acrobatics!
(Mienshao starts with Acrobatics and makes impact on Gengar as it hits a rock)
Ash Ketchum: That's fast!
Mienshao: Mienshao!
Announcer: And the rock battlefield bout begins! But Gengar isn't able to dodge Mienshao's lightning-fast Acrobatics!
(Gengar groans and shakes it head)
Ash Ketchum: Gengar, you alright?
Gengar: (Affirmative) Geng!
Korrina: Use U-Turn!
(Mienshao charges with U-Turn)
Ash Ketchum: Gengar, Psychic, let's go!
(Gengar uses Psychic on a rock and throws to Mienshao but Mienshao kicks it down and it broke upon hitting the other rocks)
(Mienshao then jumps and makes impact on Gengar)
Ash Ketchum: (gasps) Gengar!
(Mienshao lands down and was called back to its Pokeball and who pops out in its place was Lucario)
Announcer: And there's the U-Turn switch! As Mienshao is instantly replaced with Korrina's second Pokemon, Lucario!
Goh: So, she can use a move to switch out her Pokemon?
Gurkinn: Yes. It was a wise decision.
(Gengar grunts)
Ash Ketchum: Hang in there, Gengar!
Gengar: Gengar!
Korrina: Use Bone Rush!
(Lucario uses Bone Rush and charges)
Korrina: Dodge it and use Shadow Ball!
(Gengar flies up to avoid Lucario's Bone Rush and uses Shadow Ball, Lucario dodged one but got hit by the other, but as it was sent flying briefly it jumped off a rock charged towards Gengar and makes impact with Bone Rush and Gengar crashed down)
(Gengar was defeated as the Rotom Drone checked)
Rotom Drone: Gengar's unable to battle!
Ash Ketchum: No way!
Pikachu: Pika?
Matt Ishida: Wow, Korrina's Pokémon are strong!
Gabumon: Stronger than I remembered!
Agumon: And faster too!
(Riolu was amazed)
Announcer: It appears Gengar was completely outmaneuvered! That's Gym Leader Korrina for you! Using a combination by switching Mienshao with Lucario!
Goh: That was so fast. There wasn't even enough time for Ash and Gengar to counterattack.
Gurkinn: That's one of Korrina's real strengths. She and her Pokemon act as one, without a single crack in their defense.
Goh: Well, that may be true but Ash is gonna win!
(Raboot watches with silence)
Ash Ketchum: Gengar, return! (Calls Gengar's back to its Pokeball) You did an awesome job.
Korrina: Lucario, time to switch again. (calls Lucario back to its Pokeball) Mienshao, you're up for one more bout! (tosses her Pokeball)
(Mienshao pops out)
Mienshao: Mienshao!
Announcer: And with Lucario switched out for now, Mienshao's up once again! Those two haven't received so much as a scratch! With Ash backed into a corner, what Pokemon will he bring out next?
Ash Ketchum: 'Kay. Let's go! (Tosses his Pokeball)
(The next Pokemon pops out)
(It was Dragonite)
Dragonite: (yells with excitement)
(It lands down)
Announcer: Ash's second Pokemon is Dragonite!
Korrina: I have no complaints about this opponent! (to Mienshao) Are you ready to go?
Mienshao: Hm!
Ash Ketchum: Alright, Dragon Claw!
(Dragonite uses Dragon Claw and flies up)
Korrina: Use High Jump Kick!
(Mienshao uses High Jump Kick to go up as both Pokemon strikes each other sending an air wave as the audience covered themselves, while Korrina and Ash smiled and groaned proudly, while the other heroes, including Goh and Gurkinn groan while covering themselves till the air wave stopped)
Goh: Are they even?
(Dragonite lands down growling, and Mienshao lands down and both opponent Pokemon grunt at each other)
Korrina: Use Double Slap!
(Mienshao uses Double Slap and makes impact on Dragonite)
Ash Ketchum: Use Dragon Dance!
(Dragonite then uses Dragon Dance, Mienshao continues with Double Slap but no effect)
Announcer: None of Mienshao's Double Slaps can stop Dragonite's Dragon Dance! On the contrary, those Double Slaps only seem to speed up Dragonite's Dragon Dance!
Dan Kuso: Wow, look at Dragonite go!
(To Goh and Gurkinn)
Goh: Oh! Dragon Dance is only supposed to be a power-up move! I've never seen it protect from attacks!
(Mienshao lands down, while Dragonite continues spinning till it lands too and growls loud)
Announcer: That Dragon Dance seems to have upped Dragonite's speed and attacks strength!
Ash Ketchum: How about that?
Korrina: How about this? Use High Jump Kick!
(Mienshao prepares to attack with High Jump Kick till...)
Ash Ketchum: Use Dragon Claw!
(Dragonite readies Dragon Claw, till Mienshao makes impact, but when it seems like it got it, Dragonite struck with Dragon Claw and Mienshao crashed to the ground)
Announcer: Dragonite's counterattack was fast! It looks like Dragon Dance is taking full effect!
(Mienshao lays defeated as the Rotom Drone checks it)
Rotom Drone: Mienshao is unable to battle!
Syrus Truesdale: Alright!
Jaden Yuki: They defeated Mienshao!
(Crowd cheers)
(Dragonite growls proudly)
Ash Ketchum: Way to go, Dragonite!
(Pikachu, Riolu, Toothless, and the dragon cheered along)
Announcer: And with that win going to Ash, it's all tied up one-to-one! That Dragon Dance really turned thing around!
Korrina: Mienshao, return, now! (calls Mienshao back to its Pokeball and takes out another Pokeball) Lucario, it's up to you! (tosses the Pokeball)
(Lucario pops out)
Korrina: You know, Ash? I knew battling you would get me fired up!
Ash Ketchum: I feel the same way, too! But now it's time to show us what Lucario can do!
(Lucario groans as "affirmative" and turns to Korrina)
Gurkinn: This is where it begins.
Goh: Oh. What do you mean by that?
(Korrina was silent for a moment till...)
Korrina: Here we go!
(Lucario growls)
Korrina: Unlock.... the power within! Mega Evolve! (activates her Mega Stone)
(Lucario gets power up and began to Mega Evolve)
(Ash smiles proudly)
Kero: Here we go!
Sakura Avalon: Oh yeah!
Pikachu: Pika!
(Riolu and the other heroes watch with amazement, as Dragonite covers its eyes from the bright glow. Goh moans with amazement)
(Lucario changes appearance and becomes Mega Lucario as it grunts and send out an air wave)
Goh: Mega Evolution.
Gurkinn: Your first experience?
Goh: Yeah. I've certainly read and heard about it, and knew that it existed.
Gurkinn: Mega Evolution is a phenomenon discovered in the Kalos region that releases a Pokémon's hidden power. It only occurs when Trainer and Pokémon have developed a deep bond of trust.
Ash Ketchum: Don't worry, Dragonite! We'll just keep on battling!
(Dragonite growls and agrees)
Ash Ketchum: Ha! Great! Use Dragon Dance!
(Dragonite flies up and uses Dragon Dance)
Announcer: Ash and Dragonite are using Dragon Dance once again, which is upping Dragonite's speed and attack strength!
Korrina: I'm surprised! You don't normally battle cautiously! Aura Sphere!
(Her Mega Lucario then prepares its Aura Sphere)
Lexington: Here it comes!
Ash Ketchum: Fly out of there, Dragonite!
(Dragonite flies up)
Announcer: Those aerial are toying with Mega Lucario!
Korrina: You can't avoid Aura Sphere like that! Go!
(Mega Lucario fires Aura Sphere towards Dragonite)
Ash Ketchum: Use Hyper Beam!
(Dragonite prepares Hyper Beam but Aura Sphere makes hit)
Announcer: Right on the mark! It didn't fire Hyper Beam in time!
Ash Ketchum: (gasps)
Korrina: Let's give it the big one! Use Power-Up Punch!
(Mega Lucario uses Power-Up Punch and hits Dragonite multiple times fast till it hit down causing Dragonite to crash hard)
Ash Ketchum: (groans while covering his face) Dragonite!
Riolu: (shocked) Rio!
Pikachu: Pika!
Brooklyn: Whoa! That Mega Lucario sure is something!
(Mega Lucario growls)
Ash Ketchum: Are you okay, Dragonite?
(Dragonite gets up and groans then growls as it gets back up)
(Mega Lucario stood silently)
Ash Ketchum: Mega Evolution's real powerful stuff! So what next? (thought of something) Huh? Wait a sec. I know how we'll take care of this!
Goh: Now what?
Ash Ketchum: Hurricane!
(Dragonite uses Hurricane much to Korrina's gasp as Mega Lucario covers its face with its arm)
Ash Ketchum: Now give it as much as you've got!
(The crowd groans as the Hurricane's wind blew to them as they cover themselves)
Announcer: Lucario's being overcome by those Hurricane-force winds!
(Mega Lucario punches a few of the rocks being blown but got it by few)
Korrina: (gasps) Not again!
Ash Ketchum: It's perfect! Just what we wanted!
Goh: Here we go! Ash's unpredictability!
Gurkinn: Alright, Korrina, how are you going to respond to this?
Korrina: Hm! We're far from beat. Let's show them what I mean! Aura Sphere!
(Mega Lucario uses Aura Sphere, as Ash grunts shocked, Riolu looks shocked, while the crowd groaned while covering themselves from the air wave that one boy was seen being sent flying)
(Dragonite stood back and growls)
Announcer: Mega Lucario escaped the wind!
Korrina: Use Power-Up Punch!
Ash Ketchum: Use Dragon Claw!
(Both Pokémon readied their attacks and both made impact on each other before both fell and groan, with Ash and Korrina looking concerned, while the others looked shocked, except Gurkinn)
(The Rotom Drone check to see who's down)
(The smoke cleared and both Dragonite and Mega Lucario were still up while groaning)
Announcer: And they're both on their feet! But they've taken a lot of damage! Can they go on?
(Both sides waited to see who goes down till...)
Korrina: (gasps)
(Mega Lucario collapses and was defeated)
