Dabi betrays Takehito "Goto" Himura and permanently kills him for good.
Liam summons his Yo-kai Friends for a second time.
The Light Music Club is revealed to own a Yo-Kai Watch.
Liam and The Light Music Club awaken their powers thanks to Tabby's power that he gave to them.
Their powers are as followers:

The heroes including Liam, Tabby, The Light Music Club, the Miraculous Team share their energy to a deceased Takehito, which causes him to be reborn as Terrance Lightfire.
Due to Midnight and Slice's betrayal, Dabi attempts to kill them but is saved by Tabby and Hawks who is saved by Foiletta.
- She releases them from his ownership, and requests Arceus to banish him from the Pokemon World and never return, officially making him permanently banned there.

This is the first time a villain is permanently killed by another villain.
The development from Takehito "Goto" Himura to become Terrance Lightfire could be a reference to Yo-Kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters, when Dame Dedtime is reformed and is reborn into Dame Deartime after realizing she still had her love.
This is part 1 of Season 15's finale.
