Alpina has dark olivine hair done up in a bun supported by a gold hair clip, with a cherry tree branch with blossoms sticking out of her hair, solid dark green eyes, a dark brown with a faint red transitional fade cherry blossom floral print kimono with a dark magenta obi tied on the front of her waist. She also holds a yellow paper fan.
