  • This is the first Pokémon crossover with a modern Disney animated film.
  • This film will be dedicated to the memory of Bud Luckey (1934-2018), who voiced Eeyore in the real film and died from natural causes.
  • Yru17 originally planned to re-edit a separate Land Before Time crossover with the 2011 Winnie the Pooh film in addition to several Land Before Time/Winnie the Pooh crossovers, but he retired from re-editing anymore crossovers, so Littlefoot and his friends ended up guest starring in this film instead.
  • When Owl tells them the story of the Backson, Ash and his friends will recall the time where Owl misinterpreted Christopher Robin's last message about going to school that led them into a crazy wild goose chase in Ash Ketchum and Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search For Christopher Robin.
