History[]
Edmund enters Jadis' Castle and passes by various Narnians associated with Aslan who were turned to stone just as he passes by the giant Rumblebuffin, a centaur, a lioness and many other statues of Narnians who were petrified by Jadis to which upon entering, he stumbles upon Maugrim who leads him to an empty grand hall where Jadis is at. Later, Peter, Susan, Lucy, and Mr. Beaver arrive at the courtyard area and amongst the victims of petrified Narnians are squirrels and badgers whom Mr. Beaver thinks one of the badgers he met was his friend before he was petrified by Jadis to which a talking Fox approaches the group and discusses with the group, warning them about the victims who turn into stones for crossing the White Witch, just as a pack of wolves starts an ambush as it is stated that they are looking for humans only for the Fox to survive the ambush. Later, Ginarrbrik brings Edmund across the Courtyard and encounters more statues, including one of Mr. Tumnus just as Jadis and Ginarrbrik ride a sleigh of reindeer with Edmund on it. Later, when the Pevensies and the beavers hide upon hearing a sleigh of reindeer being pulled, they thought it was Jadis, to which it is found out that it is actually Father Christmas and his sleigh of reindeer. Upon approaching Father Christmas, he happily gives the Pevensies their gifts, explaining to them that the gifts he gave them are not toys but rather special gifts to help them on their adventures in Narnia. As the Pevensies thank him for their gifts, Father Christmas then leaves by boarding his sleigh of reindeer as it is found out that the winter has come to an end across Narnia just as he bids the Pevensies a farewell shouting, "For Aslan!".
Later as Peter, Susan, and Lucy arrive at Aslan's Camp during the Great Spring, they stroll past various creatures and animals who stare at the Pevensies and the beavers as they are happily greeted by them and the creatures whom they encounter are dryads, centaurs, fauns, cheetahs, boars, horses, leopards, bears, red dwarfs, gorillas, dogs, and satyrs just before Peter stops to ask a centaur named "Oreius" explaining to him that he and the other Pevensies have come to see Aslan, Narnia's ruler. Soon as Aslan appears, all the other creatures bow to meet their ruler in respect just as Aslan happily greets them. The Pevensies and the beavers are welcomed into Narnia, believing that they would protect Narnia from Jadis' tyranny. Peter tells Aslan that his brother Edmund was captured by Jadis the White Witch whom Mr. Beaver is furious that she betrayed the Narnians, to which Aslan tells Oreius to welcome the three in peace. Peter then claims that it was his fault in being too harsh on Edmund alongside Susan, much to Aslan explaining that the betrayal is even made even worse just before Aslan introduces Peter to the castle of Cair Paravel. Later during Peter's first fight against Maugrim, the centaurs, the fauns, the satyrs, and the leopards attempt to attack Maugrim, but Aslan halts them, telling them that it is Peter's first fight to which Peter was able to kill Maugrim in combat.
With Maugrim killed, Aslan honors Peter in finishing his battle against Maugrim just as he sends the Narnians part of Aslan's Army to pursue the lone wolf into Jadis' camp where they fight through several minions and rescue Edmund who was held hostage by Jadis. As the evil creatures notice the other Narnians charging into Jadis' Camp, they run across the forest and were able to rescue Edmund in time, much to Otmin's worry that the prisoner has escaped. Later, Ginarrbrik presents Jadis for a meeting with Aslan who wants to have a meeting with her much to the other Narnians upset for her betrayal to the residents living there just as Jadis explains that all of Narnia will perish under her rule as she threatens to have Edmund killed on the Stone Table to which Aslan decides to engage in a private conversation with Jadis about protecting Edmund. The other members of Aslan's Army then murmur about what will Aslan do now about Jadis' decision just as he explains to the Narnians that Jadis has renounced her claim on Edmund just as the other Narnians affiliated with Aslan celebrate that Edmund is safe after all.
After Aslan is killed on the Stone Table and Jadis prepares her Army for battle, all the other Narnians mourn the death of their ruler so in which the next day, they set off for a massive battle at Beruna to avenge Aslan's sacrifice. At Beruna, a gryphon flies and alerts Peter that Jadis and her henchmen have arrived to take over Narnia. Seeing Jadis' Army from a distance while preparing to fight, the Narnians ready themselves for battle while Peter wields his sword as the centaurs, fauns, and satyrs raise their weapons just as Jadis stares at them. As Jadis' Army charges across Beruna, Edmund grabs his sword to ready himself for battle just as a flock of gryphons and eagles are summoned to drop boulders at the incoming army just as the gryphon next to Peter joins with them. General Otmin alerts the evil creatures to look at the sky to see the gryphons and eagles preparing to attack. All of a sudden, the gryphons and eagles drop boulders at the incoming army, killing numerous minions of the White Witch.
In the extended version of the film, a flock of harpies sees the gryphons and eagles dropping boulders on Jadis' minions just as the harpies join in the battle to dispatch the gryphons and eagles. During the ambush, the harpies fight against many of them in a violent clash in the sky to which as the gryphons, eagles, and harpies clash with each other, a harpy and a gryphon both fall into the ground, killing each other as the other gryphons and eagles continue fighting against Jadis' Army.
As the gryphons and eagles continue dropping boulders on Jadis' henchmen, several dwarfs grab their bows firing arrows at numerous gryphons and eagles in revenge just as they retreat. Seeing Jadis' Army charging towards Peter and the rest of the army, Peter raises his sword telling the other Narnians to bring justice for Narnia and for Aslan just as the centaurs, fauns, leopards, rhinos, cheetahs, and other creatures charge across the battlefield just as Aslan's Army clashes against Jadis' Army with each other in a violent battle.
After the Stone Table cracks with Aslan being revived with Susan and Lucy happy to see him back, Aslan decides to take them to the Jadis' Courtyard to bring in reinforcements to help Peter and Edmund win the battle against Jadis. As the battle then continues at Beruna with Aslan's Army clashing against Jadis' Army, Edmund tells a centauress archer to fire an arrow which then summons a phoenix to take down the White Witch and her army.
In the extended version of the film, the phoenix dodges a couple of arrows fired by some dwarfs while Peter on his unicorn sees a harpy preparing to kill the phoenix in a plan to intercept it. He then grabs a spear from a dead cyclops and throws it at the harpy to dispatch it, successfully preventing the harpy from killing the phoenix. With the harpy successfully dispatched, Peter then kills a goblin preparing fire an arrow at the phoenix, countering its attack, followed by Peter dispatching two more minotaurs just as the phoenix continues flying across the battlefield with no archers or harpies attempting to attack it.
The phoenix then successfully flies on the battlefield to create a fire barrier just as the other Narnians cheer for a success, followed by Mr. Beaver who is happy that this plan of summoning a phoenix was a success. However, the polar bears from Jadis' chariot blow an icy breath to undo the effect, just as Edmund and Mr. Beaver retreat while Aslan, Susan, and Lucy are on their way to Jadis' Courtyard to revive the stone prisoners and restore them to normal form to bring in reinforcements to help Peter and Edmund win the battle against Jadis.
Later, archers part of Aslan's Army fire arrows at the incoming minions, dispatching several of them; however, Ginarrbrik fires an arrow at Peter's unicorn, injuring the unicorn, which causses Peter to fall off its back. Peter and his unicorn are shown to have survived just as he notices a rhino and Oreius preparing to charge against the White Witch. As they attempt to attack Jadis, Peter suddenly feels worried that Jadis could petrify them. The rhino then dispatches two minotaurs and an ogre, but is tumbled down by smaller avian-like creatures, Ankle Slicers, just as Oreius joins in the battle in a plan to face Jadis. Oreius engages in a duel against General Otmin in a violent duel to which as the generals clash against each other, Oreius places his sword on Otmin to dispatch him, killing the general. Oreius then attempts to take out Jadis, but is suddenly petrified using her wand against him. Meanwhile after Aslan, Susan, and Lucy arrive at Jadis' Courtyard to look for reinforcements to help win against Jadis. Aslan breathes on Mr. Tumnus who has been petrified by Jadis the whole time which restores him to normal form just as Susan and Lucy happily reunite with him. Aslan, who is accompanied by a gryphon, a leopard, a centaur, and a satyr, alerts Susan and Lucy, telling them to hurry and search the castle, explaining to them that Peter and Edmund will need reinforcements to help win against Jadis.
Back at Beruna, Jadis knocks out a satyr whom she petrified into stone. As the battle continues to become more violent, two fauns are knocked out by minotaurs during battle. Two gryphons then attempt to fly into Jadis but she protects herself from being attacked, the second one struck by Jadis being turned to stone and later destroyed in its stone form. Peter then warns Edmund that there are too many minions of the White Witch during battle, just as Mr. Beaver escorts Edmund to safety while Peter dispatches another minotaur. As the battle continues to rage across Beruna, Jadis petrifies a faun who attempts to kill her, but she turns him into stone. A leopard then attempts to pounce on Jadis, but she strikes it with her wand, also turning it into stone to avoid getting pounced on. Edmund then risks himself to destroy Jadis' staff while the other members of Aslan's Army continue fighting against Jadis' Army during battle, much to Mr. Beaver's warning; amongst the creatures he passes through are a gorilla dragging a minotaur to the ground and a boar attempting to drag an evil dwarf down the ground.
In the extended version of the film, Edmund encounters a red dwarf being attacked by Ginarrbrik to which Edmund saves him from being attacked, causing Ginarrbrik to fall off and lie down unconsciously.
Soon as Edmund destroys Jadis' wand, Jadis then attacks Edmund, injuring him during battle. Peter then attempts to face the White Witch by himself while the Narnians part of Aslan's Army continue fighting against Jadis' Army. As Peter is still fighting against Jadis in a duel by himself, Aslan, who was brought back from the dead, arrives at Beruna and roars loudly, much to Jadis' shock of Aslan who was brought back from the dead. Amongst the allies accompanying Aslan are Susan, Lucy, Mr. Tumnus, and a large group of reinforcements who were rescued from Jadis' Courtyard. The reinforcements then charge across the battlefield with Mr. Tumnus, unarmed, dispatching a goblin preparing to strike him, followed by Rumblebuffin swinging his club against two minotaurs. Aslan suddenly arrives during battle and tackles Jadis, defeating her and ending her tyranny. With Jadis defeated, the members of Aslan's Army celebrate their victory, followed by Ginarrbrik being killed by Susan's arrow and Edmund being healed after battle.
Later, mermaids are seen leaping out of the water happily while the members of Aslan's Army are present attending the coronation of the Pevensies with the centaurs and dwarfs blowing the trumpets announcing their coronation. As Aslan takes the Pevensies to their thrones, they are happily greeted by centaurs, fauns, satyrs, cheetahs, and other creatures while Aslan presents them their thrones. Aslan then delivers a speech to the Narnians presenting the Pevensies who are about to be crowned as rulers just as Mr. Beaver and Mrs. Beaver give Tumnus the crowns for the Pevensies to wear so that they can be crowned as rulers just as they are crowned as the new kings and queens of Narnia at Cair Paravel. With the Pevensies crowned as the kings and queens of Narnia, Aslan then speaks to the other Narnians: "Once a king or queen of Narnia, always a king or queen; may your wisdom grace us until the stars rain down from the heavens." The Narnians affiliated with Aslan then cheer on the Pevensies who have been crowned as kings and queens of Narnia as a celebration.
By the events of Prince Caspian, the army soon transformed into the surviving members of Aslan's Army formed a new military group known as the Old Narnians.
