Bailey is a young frog and an inhabitant of Bittyburg. He made his debut in the episode "The Ballad of Hopediah Plantar". He is shown to have a great respect for Hop Pop upon hearing that he fought toad soldiers. He seems to part of the Wartwood Resistance when at the Resistance Underground Base when trained with other Amphibians by Grime in "Commander Anne".
