Bear's Adventures of Oliver & Company is the first Bear's Adventures film.

Bear welcomes the viewers to the Big Blue House and tells them that he and his friends Ojo, Treelo, Tutter, Pip, Pop, Ursa, Grandma Flutter, Doc Hogg, Jack the Dog, Otto Otter, Etta Otter, Jermiah, Lois, Harry the Duck, Mamma Duck, Hallie Duck, Tally Otter, Miss Maxwell, Moss, Luke, Kiesha, Rita and Lily are taking a trip to New York City.
On Fifth Avenue, an orphaned kitten named Oliver is left abandoned after his fellow orphaned kittens are adopted by passerby. Wandering the streets by himself in search of someone to adopt him, Oliver meets Bear and his friends. They decided to help him find someone to adopt him. They also meet a laid-black mongrel named Dodger who assists the kitten in stealing food from a hot dog vendor. Dodger then flees the scene without sharing his bounty with Oliver, Bear and their friends. They follow Dodger all throughout the streets until they eventually arrive at a barge, where Dodger shares his meal with a gang of fellow strays: Tito the chihuahua, Einstien the Great Dane, Rita the Saluki, and Francis the bulldog. Bear and his friends watch Oliver sneak inside and is discovered by the dogs. After a moment of confusion, he is received with a warm welcome. The barge's owner, a pickpocket named Fagin, is indebted to Sykes, a nefarious shipyard agent and loan shark
