Join Beetle Bailey and his friends meet Top Cat — or T.C., as he is known to his cohorts Benny, Choo Choo, Fancy and Brain, not to mention the ever-present-yet-one-step-behind Officer Dibble — is one clever, charming and conniving cat … literally! Always ready with a humorous quip or a hustle, this cat with a porkpie hat rules the alleys of New York City with his fellow felines, plotting plans to pinch a penny or simply poking fun at the hapless Dibble. It's a good thing cats have nine lives, because with Top Cat’s knack for making trouble, he’s going to need every one!
