Plot

Beetle Bailey, Sarge, Otto General Halftrack, Miss Buxley and his friends enter an alternate dimension of Batman where the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arrive in Gotham City to find out that Foot Clan and their leader, the Shredder, are working with Fanny, The Brickster, Blue Aardvark, The Little Man, Kanker Sisters and their leader, Ra's al Ghul, to put Gotham into a state of Mutation, leaving Batman himself to investigate the criminal activity of the Foot and partner up with the Turtles to prevent that outcome.
