- Berkeley Beetles is voiced by the late Gilbert Gottifred, who also voiced Iago in Disney's Aladdin.
- In Jaden meets Thumbelina, Jaden saves Berkeley Beetle from Grundel, and Berkeley becomes reformed and joins Jaden on his Adventures to redeem himself.
