The Black Star Dragon Balls or Ultimate Dragon Balls are a more powerful version of the main Dragon Balls. Just like many Dragon Balls, it holds a more powerful version of Shenron and can grant a single wish. However, when a wish is made, negative energy can take over the planet the wish is made from and the planet will be in danger of exploding unless the Black Star Dragon Balls are found and returned within one full year.
