Unlike everyone else, Voltage has a more neutral relationship with Bowser since he helped him escape Antarctica. While he regularly intimidates, insults, and makes threats against him, he never actually attacks Bowser.
Akuma Omnoraki[]
When they first met, Voltage had a far more hostile relationship with Akuma since he attempted to force him to join the Nightmare Council. As he challenged the demon to a fight for his freedom, he showed a full desire to kill him. After besting Akuma in combat, they agreed to a deal where Voltage maintains his freedom, but he must allow Akuma to feed off the negativity he indirectly generates from his attacks.
Following this, he gained a more neutral opinion on Akuma. While Voltage gets annoyed whenever the demon appears to him, he holds relatively civil conversations with Akuma and refrains from attempting to harm him.
