Blooter is one of the three titular main characters of Poppets Town. He is a blue anthropomorphic dog, who loves to ride on his scooter through Poppets Town. He is also Patty and Bobby's friend and leader.

Blooter is a great friend to everyone in Poppets Town. He is always the first to come up with ideas. However, Blooter is smart, friendly, and fun, and will always think of ways to solve problems, and he's always ready to do, do, do, and go, go, go!
In "Clubhouse Power", Blooter is also shown to be a wonderful scooter rider.
In "Rainy Day Blues", Blooter enjoys riding on his scooter. But on some occasions, such as rainy days, he sometimes rides with Bobby in his clubhouse.
Appearance
Blooter is a blue dog. He has long ears and a short tail. He also has a red nose and black eyes. He wears a yellow helmet when riding his scooter. He also wears a red collar on his neck and carries a yellow backpack on his back. And he also has dark blue spots on his body.
Personality

In "Blooter Gets a Boo-Boo", he is shown to be a little careless, as he accidentally banged his thumb when trying to hammer the nails in. However, Blooter is smart, friendly, fun, and will always think of ways to solve problems, and he's always ready to do, do, do and go, go, go!
