Blue Pirate Bob

Blue Pirate Bob is one of the pirate brothers in Tom and Jerry: Shiver Me Whiskers. He is dressed in blue as his name implies. His brothers (and enemies) are Ron and Paul. Bob makes his first appearance after Tom banishes Jerry from Ron's ship. He owns a parrot named Blue Parrot Betty, and she acts as his translator due to his "Yar" dialect. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
