Bonehead was a bullying Earth punk who was one of the gang who laughed at Melvin's tutu incident. He later attempts to fight Toxie who confronted him and his buddies for trying to take Yvonne's accordion. In self-defense, Toxie throws him into a barrel of acid rain in the first episode resulting in his near-skeletal appearance. Bonehead then joins forces with Dr. Killemoff. He was mostly brainless and incompetent.
