Bowser teamed up with Hopper and murdered the drone ant, the patriarch of Ant Island's colony, in secret as part of an evil plot to render the queen and princess powerless to stop them from enslaving them in gathering food for the offering. Even if it means starving them to death.

Namaari

Bowser worked with Namaari to help her get the missing Dragon Orb pieces but later he and the villains betray her by letting the Druun turn her and everyone to stone.

Paisley Paver

Bowser worked with Paisley to help with her plans until she reformed, quit villain business, and turned to nature's side and the Wild Kratts' side angering Bowser.

Goofy

Goofy was one of the enemies that Bowser fought against many years ago, long before his son, Max Goof, was born. Years later, Bowser planned on staging an attack at the college X-Games by abducting Ash's girlfriend, Serena, so he could destroy his enemies and dominate the world. But his plans got all whacked up when Goofy interfered and started ruining everything with his silliness, much to his dismay. However, when he saw that Max Goof has a negative attitude towards his father, he saw the perfect opportunity to turn things around. With that, he hypnotizes Max and tricks him into letting Serena and his father join the Gammas. All so he could lure the girl into his trap and carry out his evil plan. Several days later, Bowser, desperate to keep Goofy out of the way, tricked Max into believing his father upstaged him by ordering Bradley to manipulate Serena into sabotaging the games. Seeing that Max completely fell for his incredibly evil trick now that he disowned Goofy as his father, Bowser was free to carry out his ultimate master plan: kill Goofy by poisoning him, attack the main X-Games, cause so much panic and injury, use Serena as a human shield once she's captured, force his enemies into surrendering, destroy them, and then rule the world with no one getting in his way. Several weeks later, the Gammas successfully captured Serena while his back was turned, and Bowser ordered is followers to prepare for the raid. But before they begin the operation, Bowser concocted a deadly chemical with rat poison in it. He plans on giving it to Goofy when he sells a snack or a drink to him at the X-Games snack bar. And once the forlorn creature ingests the poison, he'll suffer a cruel, painful death without saying goodbye to everyone he loves. Just so that Max can witness his death while competing in the games and endure nothing but grief, sadness, guilt, remorse, loneliness, and sorrow for the rest of his life. Bowser disguises himself as a snack contender and sells Goofy a soda contaminated with the rat poison in it, much to his delight. But he is unaware that Pooh Bear and Piglet overheard his plan. After a while, following his attack at the games and taunting Max for his insensitivities towards others, Bowser begins his raid. Luckily, our heroes manage to get Max to snap out of his despair and convince him to talk to his father so he can save him from getting poisoned and get him to help them save Serena and stop Bowser. And if he does that, they'll help him win the X-Games in return. After successfully saving Goofy from getting poisoned through Max's apology speech on the jumbotron and a successfully rescue mission of Serena, Max, Ash, and Goofy go back to competing against Bradley while some of our heroes struggle to stop Bowser's assault. Despite some major setbacks, Max won the X-Games and defeated Bradley while rekindling his relationship with his dad. Bowser, on the other hand, is not happy with the sudden turn of events and decides to go back to the campus to destroy his enemies himself. Bowser takes on his enemies one by one in a great battle between good and evil. The battle eventually ends when Max used his father's shield and Sora's keyblade against him and was ordered to leave Spoonerville. As he leaves, he swore that he isn't finished and that he will return someday.

Max Goof

Bowser never heard of Max until he learned about the fact that he's the son of his old enemy, Goofy. Learning that his target, a beautiful, young girl named Serena, is being accompanied by him along with most of her friends to Max's campus, Bowser comes up with an evil master plan that'll surely destroy them, so he'd rule the world. His plan was to have the five-time winning team, the Gammas, led by the gang leader, Bradley Uppercrust III, kidnap Serena without anyone looking, use her as a human shield, force his enemies into surrendering to him so he'd destroy them, and then dominate the world without anyone standing in his way. But by the time Goofy started going to Max's same campus because of the fact that he didn't earn a degree in the 1970s and that he was fired from his job, things got out of hand. For each time the Gammas try to make a kidnapping attempt on Serena, Goofy kept foiling them due to him constantly annoying Max and his friends with his embarrassingly, father-like nature. Bowser was furious at first when he heard about this and was so desperate to get Goofy out of his way so there won't be any distractions in his plans. However, when he saw that Max has an unhealthy, judgmental attitude towards his father when he refused to let him join his team for the upcoming X-Games just to stay away from him, Bowser came up with a very sinister idea. He decides to take advantage of Max's motives of staying distant from Goofy as well as his prejudice behavior by using him as a pawn to his evil plans. To do so, he teleports to the campus, hypnotizes Max with his magic and places him under a trance. He cruelly played mind games with Max by filling his head with lies about Bradley, the Gammas, and his father. After successfully gaining his trust by faking his honesty, he manipulated the young freshman into letting his father astray to Bradley and the Gammas. He then tricked him into luring Serena into his trap by letting her join the team as well. Seeing that his plan a success, he frees Max from his control since his service with him is done. Several days later, the X-Games qualifiers took place and Bowser ordered Bradley to manipulate Serena into cheating so that he could trick Max into believing he's being upstaged by his own father. He then witnessed Max snapping at Goofy, telling him to leave him alone so he can "GET HIS OWN LIFE!!!". This made Bowser really pleased that the ruse was a success, and that Max easily fell for his evil trick. Now, with Goofy out of the picture, Bowser was free to carry out his ultimate plan: to attack the main X-Games, cause so much panic and injury, use Serena as a human shield, force his enemies into surrendering, destroy his enemies, and then rule the world with no one getting in his way. Then several weeks later, right when the X-Games were about to start, Bradley finally managed to abduct Serena, much to Bowser's joy. He then orders his followers to initiate a terrorist attack at the very start of the X-Games triathlon. In the midst of the attack, he finally reveals himself to Max and his friends. He then taunts the young freshman for letting his insensitivities get the best of him and eventually "thanked" him for helping him get rid of Goofy so that he can capture Serena and complete his evil plans of world domination. This horrifying revelation shocked Max to the core, and it caused him to drop to his knees in despair for the blunders he's caused. Before Bowser leaves to continue his assault, he gives his enemies a choice: surrender to him or Serena will die in two hours. However, much to his annoyance, he learns that his enemies never made that decision when they've rescued Serena, with some help from Max and Goofy. He decides to go to Plan B: have his followers set up every trap in the obstacle course and let them capture his enemies. But his plan did not work either when Max manages to win the race against Bradley and rekindle his relationship with his father. Angered at this turn of events, Bowser decides to go back to the campus and destroy his enemies himself. Bowser takes on his enemies one by one in a great battle between good and evil. The battle eventually ends when Max used his father's shield and Sora's keyblade against him and was ordered to leave Spoonerville. As he leaves, he swore that he isn't finished and that he will return someday.

King Neptune

Bowser and King Neptune became bitter enemies in the climax of the first SpongeBob SquarePants movie. Throughout the portion of the movie, Bowser used King Neptune as one of his tools of the Plan Z operation after tricking Plankton into stealing the crown on a dishonest promise in helping him steal the Krabby Patty formula. But in the climax of the movie, Bowser, seeing that Plankton is of no use of his plans and that Neptune is lured into his trap after SpongeBob brought back his crown, takes over Planktopolis and attacks the gang with his organization. When King Neptune attempted to confront him for his crimes, Bowser quickly used Plankton's king-sized brainwashing helmet to take control of the sea king and destroy his enemies. However, SpongeBob mustarded up the courage to stand up for his friends and give a motivated speech that being young at heart isn't something to be ashamed of, but being oneself is something that can inspire people to do the impossible things. SpongeBob then uses his spongy powers to sing out a rock 'n roll version of "Goofy Goober" and destroys the helmets with a magical peanut-shaped electric guitar. Once King Neptune was freed, he goes head-to-head with the evil tyrant, Bowser, putting the safety of his kingdom and his daughter before himself and his crown for the very first time. With Plankton and the other villains defeated, King Neptune orders his guards to arrest Bowser and lock him up in the dungeon of his castle.

Princess Mindy

Bowser cruelly taunted Mindy for brainwashing her father in the climax of the first SpongeBob SquarePants movie and then attempted to take her hostage while threatening to kill her during the final battle. Luckily, King Neptune, after being freed from the mind-control helmet, battled Bowser and saved his daughter's life, putting his family and kingdom before himself and his crown for the very first time. During the climax, Bowser refers to Mindy as "little one".

Fortissi-Band Crusher

Bowser hated Fortissi as much as he hated King Tempest since Fortissi helped King Tempest in his attempt to destroy the Multiverse. However, when Bowser attempted to kill King Tempest, Fortissi defended his master and told Bowser to never show up to defeat The Nightmare Nine again or he would make sure that Bowser would never see the light of day again which sent Bowser and his followers running in fear what Fortissi would do to them if he saw them again. After Fortissi betrayed King Tempest, Bowser hated Fortissi even more and now seeks to destroy Fortissi and Squad X for betraying his ally.
