Maverick Matchitehew better known as Callous Europe Obliterator or C.E.O is an OC created by Tabbykitth. He is the unseen overarching antagonist of Tabby's Adventure Series, The Tabbic Forces' Adventure Chronicles, The Tabbic Forces: Ombrè's Anti-Villainous Adventures and the main antagonist of Joey's Adventure Series, Tabbic Journeys, Tails Nine's Adventure Series, and a major antagonist in The Tabbyverse Chronicles. He is also the main antagonist of the Tabbyverse Saga 2nd Year Anniversary Special in Tabbic Journeys and a major villainous protagonist of Season 8 of Tabbic Journeys. He is the most feared Tabbyverse villain who seeks to rule the Multiverse. In Season 6, episode 3 of Tabbic Journeys, he became the Tabbyverse God of Evil until Season 6, episode 10. He is Joey's arch-nemesis.

Bio

Appearance

He is 7.11ft with short brown hair, a robotic right arm, a black suit with gray stripes on it, a red tie, a crown logo pin on his left side, a small beard on his chin, and a pair of black shades covering his eyes. As Technocrat, he still looks the same as his normal self except his suit is changed into a black and green suit with the green being coding numbers on a computer. his red tie is green, and he wears a black cloak. In his flight/lava/diving/space suit, his outfit is all black with black gloves, his robotic arm is covered in a black sleeve with a black glove covering the robotic hand, and some orange seen on the wings, visor, and chest. As Jackalex, his outfit is similar to Infinite's appearance.

Personality

He is very sadistic and arrogant. He is also known to be very wrathful and hot-headed. Despite this, he is one of the most strategic and intelligent villains in the Tabbyverse. He is also very manipulative.

Powers and Abilites

He has a few superhuman qualities such as superhuman strength, speed, and duribility. His robotic arm allows him to slash things using it's claws and is able to stretch out which can allow C.E.O to grab enemies from a distance. He is also known to have a scanner built into his robotic arm. His Robotic arm is also known to have over 100 different modes that can be used as tools/weapons for him to use. His favorite modes on his robotic arm are Sunburn Laser, Flash Freeze, Flamethrower, and Mind Control. He is known to be wealthy and a criminal mastermind as he is shown to have his henchmen with him at all times and is known to own a mansion so well hidden that nobody can find it. He is also skilled at using firearms. Sometime after Joey and The Secrets of Tabbic City, he gave himself Stain's Bloodcurdle quirk. In Season 6, episode 1 of Tabbic Journeys, he had the power to control red fire and darkness. While it's unknown what his darkness powers can do, his red fire powers can incinerate anything that it comes in contact with and can be controlled by his emotions. However, the emotion that makes the red fire more powerful is C.E.O's anger. The more enraged C.E.O is, the more powerful his red fire powers' flames grow. He is also immune to his red fire powers meaning it won't affect him in any way. He later loses his powers in Season 6, episode 10. One of the things that makes him more unique is his use of martial arts. Unlike most other villains in the Tabbyverse who usually use their powers for combat, C.E.O usually uses his martial arts skills more often than his other abilities which can explain how he was able to defeat Joey with ease. After C.E.O became the Tabbyverse God of Evil, he gained the power to manipulate size. However, unlike other villains who usually make themselves grow taller, C.E.O actually shrinks his victims in order to catch them instead of having to make himself grow taller and he also became a nigh-omnipotent. He later loses all of the powers he gained in Season 6, episode 1 alongside his bloodcurdle quirk in Season 6, episode 10. He is also good at weilding a sword as shown when he is using his sword in combat. As Technocrat, he is able to project energy balls, is good at using firearms, can control electricity, can turn anyone into android-like henchmen with a slash from his robotic arm's claws, is able to hack into anything, and can teleport through electronic devices. When he has the phantom ruby, he has the power to replicate anyone/create illusions just like Infinite but his are much more powerful and the phantom ruby mist can spread within a 20 mile field instead of a 10 mile field. As Jackalex, he is able to create replications of anyone without a timer.
