Cackletta, also known as Bowletta after possessing Bowser, is a major antagonist in the Mario & Luigi series. She is an evil witch from the Beanbean Kingdom and the main antagonist of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its 3DS remake, as well as the overarching antagonist of Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser, and a posthumous antagonist in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its 3DS remake. She attempted to steal both Princess Peach's voice and the Beanstar, so that she can fulfil her desire to rule the world. She is also the arch-nemesis of Queen Bean and Prince Peasly.
