Incriminators

Incriminators are villains who committed a crime and then framed the hero for it. They plan their framing carefully and they have the evidence falsified and have the good guy being set up. Some frame the hero by disguising themselves as the hero or they are an evil twin/clone. Sometimes, there is not even a crime at all and the Incriminator lies just so the Hero gets in trouble. Likely the villains delight in using pawns to get information so they will be discovered as frauds for betraying some of the protagonists.
