King Tempest's Recruits

These are the villains who were recruited by King Tempest. A lot of these villains were rejected by Dabi to be in The Anti-Tabbic Forces. Evil groups can also be King Tempest's followers such as The Eternal Ibis. However, villains who are under Dabi's recruits can't qualify due to them being loyal to Dabi unless they are a different variation of someone or a species under Dabi's recruits. Villains under The Nightmare Nine's Replicas can't qualify as well due to them being replicas although there are special cases where villains who are under this category who were replicated such as Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic Boom). The eight members of The Nightmare Nine can't qualify as well due to them being with King Tempest before he started recruiting villains. Redeemed villains can't qualify as well due to them being redeemed unless if their redeemtion is unconfirmed and Anti-Villains can't qualify due to them being villains with nobile goals. However, if it is somewhat nobile and mostly not a nobile goal, they can qualify.
