Heroes[]
Master Orators are charismatic heroes that have a large vocabulary, give orations and have a poetic speech pattern. Unlike villainous orators who use their speeches to corrupt or trick others, heroic orators often use their speeches to motivate others to do the right thing (if not entertaining or enlightening anyone), whether they be teammates or their own followers.
Discord is an example of a hero with a large vocabulary since he rarely uses contractions in his speech.
Some heroes, especially if they are Pure Good, have enormously-powerful speeches that they can cement uneasy relationships between parties and/or easily turn some villains to the good side (e.g. Naruto Uzumaki).
Villains[]
Master Orators are charismatic, give out orations and have largely poetic vocabularies and speech patterns to motivate and/or manipulate others whether they be innocents or minions. They can also use this as a method of taunting, confusing others, entertaining others as a distraction for their villainy and/or putting doubt in those against them to the point of driving heroes to the edge with just words (unless the heroes themselves are also clever orators themselves that can pick up something these villains are trying to do and outwit them with greater knowledge.)
Note: Mute villains can NEVER be in this category because Mute villains cannot speak and as such cannot give a speech, whereas Master Orators know a lot of words and give speeches to others in order to trick others, which is something Mute villains cannot do due to the fact that they don't possess the ability to speak.
