Heroes that are usually one or both of the following:

• Heroes who derive their superhuman abilities mainly from advanced technologies - can be linked to Genius but not all Tech-Users are geniuses. Not the same as a Robot, though again the two may occassionally overlap
• Heroes who make frequent use of technology to assist them in a tight situation.
