Villains who Died in Disgrace

Villains who have died without any honor whatsoever, whether by pathetically begging for their life before the hero kills them, passing blame on other villains, causing their own death despite having a chance to prevent it, or by performing one last attack before their deaths, should they be irredeemable or unredeemed.
