Numbuh 274/Chad Dickson is the so-called "best" Kids Next Door operative, who rose through the ranks after becoming famous for defeating an infamous gang of adult tyrants in Codename: Kids Next Door. He later 'betrayed' the Kids Next Door when turned 13 years old and 'joined' the teenagers. However, what the Kids Next Door didn't know is that Numbuh 274 secretly joined the Galactic Kids Next Door as an undercover agent to the Earth's Kids Next Door.
