Cutting Brasher is an OC created by Tabbykitth and RetroScout2007. He is one of eight supporting antagonists of Season 22 of The Tabbic Forces' Adventure Chronicles, The Tabbic Forces: The Nightmare Course, and The Tabbic Forces: The Final Genesis Countdown. He then becomes a major antagonist for the rest of the series alongside his teammates starting in Season 23 except for Season 27 where he and his teammates (minus Revenant Forte) are minor antagonists. He is also a supporting antagonist of Rise of The Nightmare Nine and the second half of Tabby's Adventure Series. He is a member of The Nightmare Nine.

He is 6ft with blue eyes wearing an outfit similar to Wood Man from Mega Man 2 and Boomer Kuwanger from Mega Man X.
Personality[]
He is slightly hesitant. He is also sadistic and arrogant towards his enemies. True to the second half of his name, he is very self-assertive in a rude way.
Powers and Abilites[]
He has the same abilites as Bommer Kuwanger from Mega Man X which are the Boomerang Cutter, his dead lift ability, and his dash attack ability. He is also skilled at using a gun. Like the other members, he has superhuman strength, speed, and duribility.
