Dark Emerald is another akumatized alter-ego of Connor Lacey and is Linda Carolglow's stepson.
Bio[]
Dark Emerald is born when Hawk Moth sends out an Akuma to Shrek but it goes to Connor because of his negative emotions and it lands on his Ultimatrix. Hawk Moth talks to him saying he would give him the power to be the step-son Linda always want Connor to be, bring an end to the Irelanders and make Linda Carolglow empress of Ireland and the 16 realms in return for the Miraculous. When Connor surrenders to Linda and agrees, he became Dark Emerald.

Dark Emerald looks like Connor in a warlord outfit with some elements of Nega-Sparkle, minus the helmet and a cape.
Personality[]
His personality is a little evil version of Connor with a touch of Mozenrath and is loyal to Linda Carolglow. He lets the Akuma control him. He has a sadistic side to him. He sometimes think that love is weak and it died when he hates Twilight Sparkle. He thinks that Lord Farquaad is Fiona's true love instead of Shrek because an ogre can't love and Merlin is not invisible because he knows about his faulty funnels. He also think that Scar is the rightful king of the Pride Lands instead of Mufasa's son Simba. Dark Emerald also thinks Sunset Shimmer as an enemy since she is never his sibling.
Powers[]
His powers are like Nega-Sparkle's with his own powers which include magic, flight, Keyblade wielding skills and other powers he didn’t mention by name.

- He makes a short appearance in The Irelanders Meets Shrek.
- In Ryan's Adventures Series, Dark Emerald is one of Ryan's enemies because he was Connor Lacey from his dimension. He has a rivalry with Sunset Shimmer since he cuts his bond from her, making her his enemy.
