Dash-9
Dash-9 is an AC4400C Dash-9 from Diesel City, Cartoon World who is the leader of the Diesel city "Diesel Squad."
He has the same amount of deviousness as Diesel 10 but he isn't all the way evil. He sometimes helps out others yet one shouldn't trust him all the way. He comes all the way from the Canadain Pacific railroad when he moved to Diesel City. He also has the ability to speak French.
