Dimitria, a wise woman of the planet Inquiris, serves as mentor to the Power Rangers of Earth during Turbo, after original mentor, Zordon departs for Eltar. The role of Dimitria was played by Carol Hoyt, the same actress who played Divatox in the first half of the Power Rangers: Turbo season.
