Dr. Drakken, one of Pooh and Kim's former most hated enemies
Dr. Drakken (Drew Theodore P. Lipsky) is one of the main antagonists of Disney's Kim Possible. He plans to take over the world with his sidekick Shego, but is defeated many times by Winnie the Pooh and Kim Possible. He will become Pooh's enemy along with Shego in Pooh's Adventures of Kim Possible till the end of Season 4 where he eventually reformed.

- Dr. Drakken makes his return in Team Robot In Pokemon XY The Series in the Mega Evolution act 4. Then he made his appearance in the XY&Z arc, he helps Lysandre and Team Flare to capture the Legendary Pokemon Zygarde and then get revenge on his mortal enemy, Ash Ketchum.
