The Dragon Balls are seven magical balls with a powerful and magical dragon capable of granting a single wish when all seven are gathered. When the wish is granted, the Dragon Balls scather to different parts of the planet where they will have time to become active again. However, when the Dragon Balls are used more than once, they somehow become filled with negative energy and crack under the pressure thus forming, Black Smoke Shenron.
