Very little is known about Elsa's backstory. Nicole received her egg while her mom was doing research on Eeveelution. Then one day, while Nicole was helping her mom, the egg shakes to Nikki's surprise and then, an Eevee hatched from it. She is given the nickname Elsa by Nikki since it reminds her of

Elsa is by Nikki's side on her adventures with Ryan and his team.
In TBA, she began to sing "Let It Go" while in the frozen areas with Nikki translating what she is singing as she sings

She continued her song after evolving, though she was oblivious that she evolved at first, but when she finished her song, she looked at Nikki and she amazed by her new look.
