He gain powers when Apocalypse recruited him to make himself known on Earth. But he met his end by Sci-Ryan killing him with his Keyblade, allowing Ryan to break Nur's telepathic connection from Megatron and let the Spacebridge explosion kill him, so the nukes remain on Earth.
