HIM (sometimes spelled Him) is the secondary antagonist in The Powerpuff Girls. He is one of the most powerful adversaries of The Powerpuff Girls as well as one of their more cruel opponents.

Trivia

• He looks a bit like Dr. Frank N. Furter from the movie "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". 
• HIM is rumored to be another form of Aku, the shapeshifting main villain of Samurai Jack.
• The sound and tone of his voice was inspired by the Chief Blue Meanie from the Yellow Submarine.
• HIM is one of the most recurring villains in the Earthworm Jim's Adventures series, and is portrayed there in his original 1998 appearance.
• He will appear in Jewel Sparkles' Adventure as a villain.
