Foop is the anti-fairy version of Poof and one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Francis) of The Fairly OddParents series. He is the exact opposite of Poof making him more intelligent and more well-spoken than Poof. Foop made his first appearance and became the enemy of Winnie the Pooh and his friends in Pooh's Adventures of The Ugly Duckling.
