Gemerl also known as G-merl s a robot that appeared in the game Sonic Advance 3. Dr. Eggman created Gemerl from Emerl's "data", but he most likely used some of Emerl's remaining parts. Gemerl had the ability to "merge" with other machines, such as Eggman's boss vehicles. Like Emerl, Gemerl became destabilized in the presence of all seven Chaos Emeralds, He is also Danielle's boyfriend for G-Merl's Eternal Quest and Sci-Twi's boyfriend for the Adventure Series.

- Unfortunately for G-merl, at first he felt alittle jealousy when Sunset was with Tino Tonitini, but in G-Merl's Eternal Quest, Gmerl realizes that he love's Danielle and will be happy together.
- G-merl will meet Barney in Team Robot in Barney's Great Adventure & see him again in Team Robot's Adventures of Barney's Imagination Island and Emerl's Adventures Of Barney in Outer Space.
