Grings Kodai is the primary antagonist of Zoroark: Master of Illusions. His goal is to capture Celebi and use it to find the Time Ripple so he could regain his future sight abilities and repeat the same disaster that befell Crown City twenty years ago.

Kodai is perhaps the most evil of all the villains from the Pokemon franchise, as he didn't care about anything other than just gaining power. He is considered dangerous as he is willing to do pretty much anything to get what he wants, and he will try to destroy anyone who gets in his way.
