Gunther
Gunther is an insane Animal Control officer who was hired by the mayor to capture Surly and his park animal friends then exterminate them to prevent them from ruining his plans for a theme park on their home. While they manage to destroy the park, the animals escape and eventually fight back and he and his men are finally chased out when Mr. Feng and his mice use their Kung Fu skills to defeat them. He is later arrested and beaten by Heather, the mayor's daughter whom he accidently shot with a sleep dart due to interference by Surly, Andie and Buddy.
