Harley Quinn (Matsudaverse)

Dr. Harleen Quinzel, also known as Harley Quinn, is a minor antagonist in the 2004 animated series The Batman. She was a former talk show host who joined up with Joker and wanted to get revenge on the studio for canceling her show.

She was voiced by Hynden Walch, who also voiced another version of the character in the DC Animated Movie Universe, as well as Blackfire and Madame Rouge in Teen Titans.
