Havok is a member of X-Factor and revealed to be romantically involved with Iceman's ex-girlfriend Lorna Dane also called Polaris, daughter of Magneto and half-sister to Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. When face-to-face, Cyclops and Havok do not recognize each other and express genuine surprise that their powers can't affect the other, until months later, they were actually brothers! When Polaris decided to rejoin the X-Men, Havok follows his girlfriend's lead, and joined the X-Men to be with his brother.
