Haze Shenron is the two-star shadow dragon representing the element of water, pollution and toxicity and the first one to be taken down by Goku and Pan. He is the weakest and most comical of the Shadow Dragons, and is correspondingly created by a wish that takes place in the early half of Dragonball series. He was born from the wish to restore Bora to life after being killed by Mercenary Tao.
