Hertz Donut, A.K.A. Experiment 022, is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba and a character in the Lilo & Stitch franchise. He is designed to restrain and immobilize the target's movement with projectile donuts. First he asks, "Ever had a Hertz Donut?" He then fires energy which solidifies into a donut that constricts around the target, and says, "Hurts, don't it?".
