- Oona: Hello, Mayor.
- Arthur Read: As mayor, i never knew that you were acting silly with these people here.
- DW Read: Why are you all acting like chickens?
- Mayor Lobster: Because today is Spring Chicken Day.
- Arthur Read: Huh?
- DW Read: What's Spring Chicken Day?
- Mayor Lobster: It's the day when the spring chicken comes and announces the arrival of spring. How are the flowers coming along, fellas?
- Crab 1: Almost done, Mayor.
- DW Read: Hmm. Doesn't look like a flower to us.
- Arthur Read: Well, it just takes time for it to grow.
- Mayor Lobster: Arthur's right, DW and Oona. They will be flowers soon.
- Crab 1: Would you and your new friends like one, Oona?
- Oona: Yes, please.
{The crab gives them the plant}
- Arthur Read: Thanks, sir.
- Crab 1: You're welcome.
- DW Read: So what happens then?

- Arthur Read: Seriously?
- Snail 1: Excuse me, Mayor? How's this? {She shows her the spring chicken banner}
- Mayor Lobster: Oh, that looks terrific.
- Arthur Read: Looks like you got some stuff to do, Mayor.

- Binky Barnes: I bet you need water and sunshine to make it a flower.
- Mr Grouper: Spring is my favorite season.
- Rico: Uh, season?
- Private: What is a season?

Transcript #2[]
{We see Michelangelo and Binky Barnes telling Molly}
- Binky Barnes: What do you wanna do now, Molly?
- Molly: Let's paint a picture of a beautiful spring day.
- Michelangelo: I know one person who can help.
- Binky Barnes: Who?
- Michelangelo: Mother Nature. {To the audience} Come on!
{Michelangelo, Binky, and Molly go to a spring-like place and saw Deema floating down like Mother Nature}
- Deema: Hello, glorious child. I am Mother Nature. What can I paint for you today? An icy winter morning or a hot summer afternoon perhaps?
- Michelangelo: Oh, Mother Nature.
- Binky Barnes: We came here to paint a beautiful spring day.
- Molly: Yeah, you could say it's very...
- Deema: Springy?
- Binky Barnes: How did you know?
- Deema: I have my ways, kitten. You want a painting that captures spring. Now stand back, children as I do my thing.
{Deema starts painting a picture that had a snowman and snow, a tree with green leaves, and a house}
- Deema: That should do it. A perfect spring day.
{Molly, Michelangelo, and Binky looked bewildered}
- Binky Barnes: Uhh, Mother Nature?
- Michelangelo: Something doesn't look right here.
- Molly: Yeah, I think there's something wrong with this picture of spring.
- Deema: Really.
- Michelangelo: Yeah, I just don't think it looks like spring.
- Binky Barnes: {To the audience} We need your help. Let's help Mother Nature out.
- Molly: {To the audience} What doesn't belong in this picture of spring?
- Little Fish 1: The snowman!
- Little Fish 2: The snow!
- Michelangelo: {To the audience} Right, dudes and dudettes! Snow and a snowman are found in the winter.
- Binky Barnes: In spring, the winter snow gets melted.
- Deema: Of course. Let's try that again.
{Deema snaps her finger and the painting was gone}
- Binky Barnes: Whoa, that's cool.
- Deema: You wanted spring and I gave you snow, I'll make it right and here I go.
{She paints a painting with a tree with falling leaves}
- Deema: Here you go, sweeties. A perfect spring day.
- Michelangelo: I hate to break this to you, Mother Nature.
- Binky Barnes: Yeah, but bad news we're afraid.
- Molly: There's still something wrong with this spring picture.
- Deema: Really.
- Michelangelo: Yeah, really.
- Binky Barnes: {To the audience} What do you think? What is wrong with this spring picture? What doesn't belong in the picture?
- Little Fish: The leaves!
- Binky Barnes: {To the audience} That's right. In this pictures, the leaves are falling down from the tree. That's in the fall.
- Molly: {To the audience} In spring, the leaves are green and are on the tree.
- Michelangelo: And not on the ground.
- Deema: Oh, that's true.
{She snaps her finger and the painting disappears again}
- Deema: You wanted green, and I gave you orange, now let's try again, and I'll...
- Michelangelo: I don't think there's a word that rhymes with orange.
{Deema paints another picture that had all green stuff on it with a house}
- Deema: I think I've done it.
- Michelangelo: Well, I don't see any snow and the leaves are on the tree.
- Binky Barnes: You must have painted the best spring day picture.
- Molly: That looks right.
- Binky Barnes: And here's a finishing touch for the painting. May I?
- Deema: Sure thing, pal.
{Binky helps out by painting a bunch of flowers}
- Michelangelo: What a work of spring art!
- Deema: It took a few tries and I have to say, we have created.
- Molly, Deema, Michelangelo, and Binky Barnes: The perfect spring day!
- Binky Barnes: {To the audience} Thanks for your help.
{Mr Grouper and Arthur Read came by}
- Arthur Read: Excuse us, Mother Nature.
- Mr Grouper: What time is it?
- Deema: It's time for lunch.
- Arthur Read: Can I join in this one, Binky?
- Binky Barnes: Of course, Arthur.

- Molly: No, Pooh. We're talking about the season.
{Gil comes by with winter clothes}
- Gil: Hey, Molly and Pooh. I'm dressed for spring.

- Mr Grouper: Let's think about what flowers need to grow.
- Arthur Read: {To the audience} We know that flowers need water.

{Rain falling down in a bubble pops up}
- Oona and Arthur Read: Rain!
- Mr Grouper: {To the audience} That's right. Flowers drink rain water through their roots which grow from the ground.

- Gil: {As the narrator} Once upon a time.
- Sebastian: There were three happy bugs.
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: We're happy bugs.
{The playground transforms into a flowery field}
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} One thing that makes them happy was to fly their kite.
- Flounder: I say my bug friends, I do love a good old kite flying day.
- Oona: Because it's really windy.
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Whee!
{They started to have fun with the kite}
- Gil: {As the narrator} But there was one thing the bugs had to watch out for.
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} The Lady Butterflies' flower garden.
- Flounder: Goby, watch out!
- Goby: Whoa!
{He almost made the kite land on the garden}
- Oona: That was a close one.
- Flounder: Indeed. We better not mess up Lady Butterflies's garden.
- Goby: Yeah. They get really mad when someone steps on their flowers.
{Ariel and Deema were the lady butterflies}
- Deema and Ariel: You got that right.
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Hi, Lady Butterflies.
- Ariel: Hi, bugs.
- Deema: You better not mess up our spring flower garden.
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Yes, Lady Butterflies.
- Ariel: Why don't you find a nice spot to fly a kite that isn't too close to our flowery garden?
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Bye, Lady Butterflies.
{The scene changes into a frog pond with a giant frog}
- Gil: {As the narrator} So the three bugs went to fly their kite over by the frog pond.
- Frog: I'm a frog alright.
{The frog saw their kite}
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Whee!
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} Sure enough, the frog was actually the bugs's friend.
- Frog: Hi!
- Oona, Goby, and Flounder: Hi, Frog!
- Frog: That sure looks like fun.
- Oona: Would you like to try it?
- Frog: Why sure I would.
- Flounder: Here you go, my froggy friend.
{Flounder gives the kite to Frog}
- Frog: Whee! {Laughs}
{They all felt a big wind}
- Flounder: Whoa! Feel that wind blow!
- Goby: Hold it tight so it won't blow away.
- Frog: Whee!
{Frog lets go of the kite}
- Frog: Oh no!
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} But the wind was so hard that it blow the kite put of the Frog’s hand.
- Frog: I'll get it!
{The frog jumps out of the lily pad to get the kite}
- Flounder: Careful, Frog!
- Oona: Don't mess up the Lady Butterflies's flower garden!
{Frog saw the flower garden by}
- Frog: Oh no!
{They were flowers everywhere}
- Frog: I got it!
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} The good news was that Frog got the kite. The bad news is he landed in the garden and messed up the Lady Butterflies's flowers.
- Oona: You messed up the Lady Butterflies' flower garden.
- Frog: Oh, no. They're gonna be so mad.
- Flounder: I know, Frog.
- Oona: We have to fix it before the Lady Butterflies come back.
- Gil: {As the narrator} So the bugs decide to replant the flowers.
{They almost replanted the flowers}
- Flounder: Good work, guys. We replanted the flowers.
- Oona: But the flowerbeds are missing some flowers.
- Flounder: {To the audience} Seems like they're in a pattern. We need to find the right flowers.
- Goby: And then put the right flowers where they belong.
- Oona: {To the audience} We need your help.
- Flounder: {To the audience} We have to decide which colored flower should go in the first pattern.
- Goby: {To the audience} The pattern is red, yellow, red, yellow, red.
- Flounder: {To the audience} What comes next? Yellow or red?
- Frog: {With the audience} Yellow.
- Oona: {To the audience} That's right. The yellow flower.
{Oona plants the yellow flower in between the two red flowers}
- Flounder: {To the audience} We only need one more flower in the other pattern.
{They go to the second pattern of flowers}
- Goby: Okay. We need a flower to go over here.
- Flounder: {To the audience} We need your help again.
- Oona: {To the audience} The pattern is orange, orange, purple, orange, orange, purple, orange.
- Flounder: {To the audience} Which colored-flower goes next? Orange or purple?
- Frog: {With the audience} Orange.
- Flounder: {To the audience} You're right again. Orange comes after in the "Orange, orange, purple" pattern.
{Goby plants the orange flower in between the orange and purple flowers}
- Goby: We did it!
- Oona: Just in time.
- Flounder: Here come the butterflies right now.
{The lady butterflies came back}
- Deema: Hello, bugs.
- Ariel: And hello, Frog.
- Oona, Goby, Frog, and Flounder: Hi, Lady Butterflies.
- Ariel: Anything wrong with our flower garden?
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} The bugs and Frog decided to tell the butterflies the truth.
- Flounder: Lady Butterflies, we have a confession to make.
- Oona: Our kite got away and we accidentally mess up your garden a little.
- Frog: It was me.
- Flounder: It maybe our kite, but Frog just got carried away with it.
- Ariel: Really?
- Deema: You what?
- Ariel: Let's just see.
{Ariel and Deema just looked at the garden, with and without their shades}
- Ariel: Messed up? Doesn't look mess up to me.
- Deema: Looks fine to us. {They smile}
- Goby: We fixed it!
- Ariel: We do say, thanks for putting up our garden like that.
- Deema: Now let's fly that kite.
{They all had fun again with the kite}
- Oona, Goby, Deema, Flounder, and Ariel: Whee!
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} And in conclusion, the bugs flew the kite the rest of the day by the frog pond.
- Gil: {As the narrator} And they all lived happily ever after.
- Sebastian: {As the narrator} The End.
{The frog pond transformed back into the playground}
- The heroes: {Applauding}
- Ariel: I guess we did really well.
- Sebastian: Your father would be proud, Ariel.
- Arthur Read and DW Read: {Cheering}
{We see Pooh and Molly again}
- Pooh: Flying a kite is another great thing to do in the spring.
- Molly: Because it's so windy and it rains a lot too which helps the flowers grow.
{Oona came by}
- Oona: Hi, Pooh and Molly.
- Pooh: Why, hello there, Oona. What are you and Gil doing?
- Gil: I'm going to let Oona's plant get some rain so it will grow into a flower.
- Oona: Flowers love rain.
- Pooh: Speaking of rain, I think see a rain cloud right now.
{A rain cloud floats by}
- Gil: Stand back. You don't want to get rained on.
- Pooh: Okay then. Say, Gil. How do we know when the rain goes on the plant?
- Gil: {To the audience} Help me and Pooh make it rain.
- Pooh: {To the audience} After Gil says "1, 2, 3", let's say "Rain". Ready?
{The cloud somehow floated to Gil}
- Gil: 1, 2, 3.
- Pooh: {With the audience} Rain!
{The rain washed down Gil and not the plant}
- Pooh: Well, Gil. You did told us to say "Rain" when rain was coming.
- Molly, Pooh, and Oona: {Giggles}
{Arthur and DW came by as they heard music}
- Arthur Read: Guys, you hear that?

- Owl: Oh my. Mayor Lobster, this is bad. Heroes, guppies and citizens, the Spring Chicken has just informed me that to make sure it's spring, she would like to see a flower. Has anyone else got a flower?
{Everyone started to not have a flower}
- Ed: Guys, i don't see any flowers.
- Edd: Wait, what's gonna happen if we don't have a flower?
- Mayor Lobster: If the Spring Chicken doesn't see a flower, it won't be spring.
- Ash Ketchum: What?!
- Private: Not good.
- Pooh: Oh my.
- Piglet: Oh dear.
- Tigger: Uh-oh.
- Bubbletucky citizens: {Gasps}
- The guppies and the heroes: {Gasps}
- Oona: Oh no!
- Rabbit: That means it won't get warm anymore.
- Gil: We won't be able to play in the grass.
- Goby: Or ride bikes.
- Deema: Or fly kites!
- Rock: Or even pick flowers when they have been bloomed.
- Spud: Dude, this is totally bogus.
- Owl: Everyone, we need a flower.
- Tigger: Yeah, you heard the bird!
- Mayor Lobster: Does anyone see a flower?
- Arthur Read: {To the audience} Hey, can you help us find a flower?
- DW Read: {To the audience} Good.
- Oona: {To the audience} When you see a flower, point to it.
{The camera points away and points at the flower Oona, Arthur, and DW put on the bench, and it was totally bloomed}
- DW Read: Look!
- Oona: Our flower!
- Rock and Spud: It bloomed!
- Leonardo: Owl, we have a bloomer!
- The guppies and the heroes: {Chattering}
{The flower completely finished blooming}
- Oona, Arthur Read, and DW Read: It bloomed!
- Deema: We got a flower over here!
- Michelangelo: Yeah, the one Oona and the two friends have.
{Oona, Arthur, and DW went up to the stage}
- Mayor Lobster: Oh, Oona, Arthur, and DW. That's pretty.
- DW Read: What do you think, Spring Chicken?
- Spring Chicken: {Clucks as it looks at the flower}
- Owl: Yes? Yes? Really? Mayor, good news! {Whispers}
- Mayor Lobster: Ladies and gentlemen.
- Owl: The Spring Chicken just wants us to tell all of you.
{Everyone started to get worried}
- Mayor Lobster and Owl: Happy Spring Everyone!
{As everyone cheered, all the flowers started blooming everyone}
- Rock and Spud: Yeah!
{They chest bump and hug}
- Arthur Read: We did it, Oona and DW!
- DW Read: We helped save spring!
- Oona: Thanks, guys.
{They group hugged}
- Crab Band Member 1: Let's go, boys.
{They started playing the Spring Chicken music}
- Arthur Read: {To the audience} Now let's do the Spring Chicken dance!
- DW Read: {To the audience} Make sure to flap your wings and say the sound.
- Spud: Let's hit it!
- The guppies, the heroes, Mr Grouper, Mayor Lobster, and the Bubbletucky citizens: {Sings} Flap your wings, get your feet a-kickin. Peck that beak, you're a spring chicken. Bawk! Bawk! Bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk!
{One by one, we see a lot of people and members do the dance}
- Rock: Let's end it!
- The guppies, the heroes, Mr Grouper, Mayor Lobster, and the Bubbletucky citizens: Bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk, bawk!
- Spud: Hey, i know another good chicken dance.
{Spud gets a radio and the real Chicken Dance comes and the chicken starts to enjoy it and so did everyone else}
- Rock: Spud, good thinking.
{Everyone did the second Chicken Dance at the end}

- Gil: I like spring too!
- Pooh: We learned so much about spring today.
- Michelangelo: We helped Mother Nature with a spring painting.

- Pooh: And we even met the Spring Chicken and did 2 kinds of dances.
- Flounder: And Gil, you like spring even when it rains a lot?
{A rain cloud comes by}
- Gil: Sure. Rain is no problem when you have one of these. And it doesn't rain all the time at spring.
- Molly: Uh, Gilly?
- Pooh: That rain cloud is gonna squirt you.
- DW Read: And it might happen right now.
{The rain cloud squirts Gil's left ear}
- Michelangelo: Well, it does bring some wet showers.
- Flounder: Especially when you don't get wet.
- Pooh: Well, ''water'' were you thinking?
- Molly, Pooh, Arthur, DW, Flounder, and Michelangelo: {Laughs}
- Pooh: {To the audience} See you next time on this springtime episode of Pooh's Adventures of Bubble Guppies.
