Himiko Toga (渡ト我ガ被ヒ身ミ子コ Toga Himiko?)[2] is a major supporting antagonist and was a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad. Himiko served as one of the main antagonists of the Forest Training Camp Arc, and she is also featured as an antagonist during the Provisional Hero License Exam Arc and the Shie Hassaikai Arc.
She later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, an organization formed from the remnants of the League and the Meta Liberation Army.
She settled her differences with Ochaco and sacrifices herself save her from dying by giving out all of her remaining blood. Though she dies herself in her place as part of the sacrifice, she chose to accept that fate.

- She is voiced by Leah Clark, who also voices numerous roles such as Nodoka Miyazaki in the Negima Series, Kobayashi from TBA, as well as Minami Shimada from Baka and Test.
- In The Wedding Crashers, she is akumatized into Lady Cobra alongside Dabi who is also akumatized into Darkfire, and his other minions who were akumatized to form a group called Wedding Crashers.
- She wish she married Chimmy.
