Hubcap is the leader of the Ruff-Ruff Pack, with Dwayne and Gasket taking orders from him. Though we haven't seen much of his skill set yet, he is not as good driving than Dwayne and Gasket, by the point Gasket told that he already had wrecked 3 motorcycles before Wild Cat`s one.
