Hugh Neutron is a friend of Pooh and the father of Jimmy Neutron. He is also the husband of Judy Neutron, who he calls "Sugar Booger". He loves pies and ducks, and is actually an inventor himself. He is a bit scatterbrained and crazy, but he is brave and serious at times.
