Hugo Strange (DC Animated Universe)
Dr. Hugo Strange is a cruel scientist who owned the the Yucca Springs Health Resort and has a machine that can read people's thoughts, serving as the the main antagonist of the Batman: The Animated Series episode "The Strange Secret of Bruce Wayne".
He was voiced by Ray Buktenica in his first villainous role.
