The Insidious Syndicate is a group of villains drawn from Spider-Man's rouges gallery. They are assembled and formed by Bowser Koopa to serve him and the New United Alliance of Evil and to destroy Winnie the Pooh and his friends.

- This villain group is inspired by the Sinister Six, the Sinister Syndicate, and the Crime Empire.
- The concept of Bowser forming a Sinister Six-like team to serve his evil deeds is similar to how Kingpin formed the Insidious Six to serve his evil deeds in Spider-Man: The Animated Series.
- It is also similar to how Norman Osborn formed the Sinister Five to serve as Oscorp's fighting force in the 2017 animated Spider-Man series.
- The members are enemies of Spider-Man.
