Johnny J. Worthington, III is the president of Roar Omega Roar and the secondary antagonist of the Monsters, Inc. franchise, serving as the main antagonist of Monsters University and the second season of Monsters at Work.
He is the former CEO of Fear Co. and the arch-nemesis of Mike, Sulley and Tylor Tuskmon. He started off as a bully to Mike and Sulley, however, years later he had taken a more darker role upon inheriting his father's business in Fear Co. and had been keeping watch on Tylor the moment he found out Laugh Power is more powerful than Scream Power.
He was voiced by Nathan Fillion, who also voiced Sterling in Cars 3.

He is Mike's rival and the confident president of Roar Omega Roar (RΩR), a Monsters University fraternity that prides itself on its notable Scarers. His antagonistic role in the film comes from him frequently belittling the Oozma Kappa fraternity.
He later appears in the second season of Monsters at Work as the main antagonist and is CEO of Fear Co.

He is a dark purple monster with sharp teeth and two demon-like horns.
As an adult he got a bit of gut and wearing a suit.

- Despite his arrogance, the sets art director Robert Kondo explains that he has something to lose, is afraid of failure, and has a tradition to live up to.
- He is a foil Henry J. Waternoose III.
- Both were in charge of companies that dealt with extracting scream power.
- Both inherited respected companies from their families.
- Both Johnny and Waternoose tried to keep their corporations from going under, but their reasons for wanting to do so differentiate.
- Monsters Inc. was struggling to get more screams because children were not getting scared, so Waternoose tasked Randall Boggs to find a solution to save Monstropolis from the energy crisis. Randall created the Scream Extractor, a device meant to forcefully extract screams from children, but Waternoose only went along with using it because he thought there was no other choice.
- Where as Johnny wanted to preserve his family legacy after the revelation that children laughs produce energy 10 times more powerful than screams. Coincidentally he also brought Randall onboard to help save Fear Co. saving him after he was banished by Mike and Sulley. He would have Randall sabotage Monsters Inc. stealing their laugh canisters, framing Tyler, and causing a city wide blackout, in an attempt to ruin their reputation and save Fear Co. from being shut down.
