Justin the Rat from "The Secret of NIMH"
Justin is one of the Rats of NIMH who was one of the characters in Pooh's Adventures of The Secret of NIMH. Justin is one of the original rats who escaped NIMH. He was the Captain of the Guard until Nicodemus's death and became the leader of the rats after defeating Jenner.
