Kent Mansley
Kent Mansley (voiced by Christopher McDonald) is the main antagonist of Winnie the Pooh Meets The Iron Giant. He was a government official who was assigned to track down and order the destruction of the Iron Giant, but his mission failed when Hogarth, the Pooh gang, and their friends kept the Iron Giant safe from his wrath, leading to him trying to use an atomic missile to destroy the giant, and his eventual arrest by the government.

- He will return to battle Pooh and his friends in the Pooh's Adventures Chronicles episode, Ivan Ooze Returns, where Mansley decides to stop hunting aliens and start joining them for profit, as evidenced by his choice to ally himself with Ivan Ooze.
- He will become Tino's enemy in Tino Tonitini Meets The Iron Giant.
- Kent Mansley will become the enemy of Little Bear and his friends in Little Bear meets The Iron Giant.
